This massive mixed-use development is transforming over 65 acres into a walkable “live, work, play” destination right here in Round Rock.

🚧 Construction is already underway, and early phases (including residential buildings like “Origin”) are beginning to rise, with more coming over the next several years.

This project is expected to become one of the largest mixed-use hubs in Central Texas, similar in style to major urban districts like The Domain in Austin.
