Common things we see on foundation pre pour inspections. Loose reinforcements, damaged/improperly overlapped v***r barrier, plumbing lines that are not completely sleeved, tendons that don’t have proper clearance from plumbing lines... All of these are incorrect applications and some of them can have serious repercussions. Code inspector was out today and gave it the go ahead with numerous deficiencies. Guess he didn’t want to work in the rain and assumed no one will know the difference 🤷‍♂️. Here’s a scary find! One of our inspectors found a bullet lodged into a shingle on the roof. Good thing it landed here and didn’t hit someone. Pretty sketchy for sure.
