FAST Frogs

Hello FAST Frog Families-
The 2024 season is quickly approaching! We are excited to announce we will begin our swim season with practices starting on Monday, April 29th! For returning families, evaluations are right around the corner on March 2nd from 2-4pm and March 3rd from 5:15-7:15pm @ Ready Go Swim. New swimmer and makeup evaluations will take place March 23rd from 2-4p and March 24th from 5:15-7:15p @ Ready Go Swim.
All returning swimmers who ended the 2023 season as Tadpoles or Pollywogs are required to complete an evaluation. Any swimmer who was a Frog (those who could legally swim all four strokes at a meet) at the end of the 2023 season DO NOT require an evaluation. If you do not know where your swimmer was placed last season, please sign up for an evaluation. The coaches want to make sure your swimmer is placed in the correct group.
For new swimmers, the evaluation is simply to see which and how well a swimmer can swim the four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.) Do not worry if your swimmer is not proficient at the strokes yet, this is simply a chance for the coaches to see your swimmer’s current skill level. Your swimmer will be placed in the group of peers who are near their own level to begin the season.

Have you registered for the 2023 season? Registration will be closing tomorrow 4/7!

1. Go to our website: www.fastfrogs.net

2. Sign into your account.

3. Click on the Registration/Registration Forms tab. Click on the form and fill it out.

If you are a non-HOA family, please be sure you have completed the non-HOA sponsorship form by April 7th. Non-HOA sponsorship forms must be emailed to [email protected] to complete the registration process.

***Also, don't forget to grab your spirit wear! Last day to order swim caps is tomorrow. Go to our website & shop here! You may have ordered a t-shirt for your swimmer(s) during registration, but did you get one for siblings, parents, and/or grandparents?***
