Responsibilities:
Managing projects
Communicating with crews/subcontractors
Pick up and deliver of project materials
Oversee project production
Communicating job details with customers

Requirements:
5+ years experience in construction/home improvement
2+ years experience in managing job sites and crews
Must have common knowledge of plumbing, electrical, framing, and cabinet installation.
Must have own transportation: (preferably a truck for picking up and delivering materials)
Background check

Preferred:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) **A large portion of our subcontractors speak Spanish.
