Today, I was officially sworn in as your Town Justice — a moment I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I am deeply grateful for the trust you placed in me and for the incredible support from my family, friends, volunteers, and this community.

I promise to serve with integrity, fairness, and compassion, and to work every day to ensure our court reflects the values of respect and justice that define Rotterdam.

“In the last 24 hours, I’ve been overwhelmed by the outpouring of congratulations and well wishes on being elected one of Rotterdam’s Town Justices. Last night marked the culmination of nine months of intense, rewarding campaigning and a significant professional milestone.

I want to commend Joseph Villano and John Mertz for their campaigns. I also want to congratulate Nadia Viscussi-Stanners on becoming Rotterdam’s first female Town Justice. I look forward to serving alongside Nadia.

Throughout this campaign, I walked every district and knocked on thousands of doors. Thank you to everyone who opened their door and shared a few moments of their time with me, and thank you to every voter who took part in this election and placed their trust in me.

I want to thank my family—especially my wife and my children. None of this would be possible without their unwavering love and support.

I am truly honored to have been elected as one of Rotterdam’s Town Justices. I am deeply grateful for the support and confidence the residents of Rotterdam have shown me, and I look forward to serving our community with fairness, integrity, and respect in the years ahead.”

Father’s Day is also a chance for Keith to recognize the incredible influence his own dad has had on his life. Keith’s dad has always been willing to listen and offer sound advice when asked — never pushing, always supporting. Keith is endlessly grateful for his dad’s steady presence and unconditional love.
