Notes to self

These are the promises I make to every patient that enters our treatment room:

1. We will help you with consistency and doing the right protocol at home alongside the right treatments to make your skin healthier than it’s ever been.

2. We will not use your vulnerability and skin concerns as a way to get you in the door and upsell you to filler and big ticket procedures. You are safe from manipulation here. All we do is integrative skin health using proven methods that deliver over time…And we do it very well:)

3. We will use our 20 + years of training, pattern recognition and medical intuition to see your whole picture and treat you like the wildly complicated and beautiful case that you are…not just cycle you through some hydrafacials and a vi peel or two and hope for the best.

4. We will always be a text away. We limit the number of patients we take so that everyone in our care has access and is fully supported in our method. You become family to us.

What bothers you most about your skin; texture, spots, breakouts, wrinkles is rarely just a surface issue.

Skin is one of the most complex organs in the body, influenced by hormones, metabolism, stress physiology, nutrition, medications, sun exposure, and even mental state.

We shouldn’t treat skin like decoration with one-off treatments that temporarily improve appearance while ignoring function.

Skin health ultimately determines how much clarity and radiance your skin is capable of achieving. That is the real goal, and it requires consistency, timing, and treatments that respect biology.

This is the difference between surface correction and true skin integrity.
