We've had the tremendous blessing to be working on a commercial property. Most of it I've been on the project management side of things, i.e. scheduling roofing work, mold remediation and having the HVAC reinsulated in places and complete duct cleaning. This bathing area was one of the areas that had been completely gutted, remediated and remodeled.
