Looking back at old photos and such I realize how much I’ve changed. All the growing pains. All the ups and downs. All the friends that have come and gone. Every single little thing. And I think to myself how lucky I am to be where I am. And I’m thankful for all the things that have happened up until this point in my life to shape me into the person I am. •
I look back at who I used to be. I used to hide in dark colors. I didn’t know what I was missing. I felt empty somewhere deep inside. There was a hole that I wasn’t sure how to fill. I was one person on the outside and a totally different person on the inside. •
Today I look at myself and I’m happy with where I am. I’m happy with who I am. I look forward to the days ahead and the years to follow. I wear my colors like it’s going out of style. I feel the happiest I’ve ever felt. I finally feel like I am the person I was meant to be. It took me 26 years to get here. But I’m thankful to be here. I cherish all the small things. And I love the life I live in. •

We had so much fun celebrating my better half’s birthday this past weekend! Ended the weekend with a Sacramento Rivercats game with some of my favorite co workers. And lots of more fun things coming this weekend so stay tuned! Are you doing anything fun this weekend?
