Well i found a really, really good location for a new java jungle ib citrus heights, about 4,000.00 square feet,on auburn blvd. Now looking for partner. Or. Investor. P. M. If interested.

Well I have bad news, or good news for some. Lol. Extreme Java Jungle Cafe isn't going to happen, at the old tin solider Building, the landlord now says it's too expensive to do build out, so unless somebody is willing to partner up, or invest, or buy all my stuff, it isn't going to happen. I have about $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 worth of equipment to sell or lease for about half price. Lol. In case someone else wants to open a coffee shop. Lol
