Congratulations to Ralph Genova on his retirement from Sternberg! Ralph has been such a valued part of Sternberg, making a lasting impact in his role as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast. His dedication and positive presence will truly be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of working with him.

In celebration of Ralph’s incredible journey, we’re honored to share some of the wisdom, motivation, and advice he’s gathered throughout his career, along with highlights from his time at Sternberg and the passions he enjoys outside of work.

"As I close on my 40 year work career, 37 of those which have been in the lighting industry, I’d like to thank everyone who has touched my life in a special way. It would be virtually impossible to name everyone I’ve worked with and met over the years, but please know that you have been an integral part of my personal and work history. I have always entered into a new job with the goal of leaving that workplace a little better off than when I started. I certainly hope that has been the case. Although I won’t physically be involved with the lighting industry any longer, you know I’ll be following along via social media and continued contact with friends and colleagues. For now, I can concentrate on my yard work and watching the Braves and NASCAR until football season comes around. Take care of yourself and others." - RG
