Myth: Once you get a c-section you will always have to get one.

Truth: Depending on the reason for the previous c section(s), you may be able to give birth vaginally. TOLAC (Trial of labor after cesarean) can be attempted after speaking with your provider to make sure you are eligible.

PS Hiring a doula who does not benefit on the type of deliver you have will give you a clear understanding and breakdown of what options are available to you.
