Absolutely stoked to hear Gary Brecka at the American Academy of Ozonotherapy. The folks at this conference are awesome and the knowledge is overwhelming. So much to bring back to my patients on Monday.

Here at the Age management medical conference in Miami. I am still so excited at the beginning of any educational experience- it amazes me that after all these years nothing has changed. Looking forward to bringing new solutions to my patients come Monday.

Its 0900 in Arizona. Just finished my 3rd ruck- 2 gym workouts and 62450 steps all in 48 hours. The beautiful weather and amazing scenery helps a lot. So great to get outside and reconnect with nature.
