🛡️ StudentLIFE | Tonight’s Promise

Tonight, our students will be reminded of a truth they can build their lives on:

“God is not human, that he should lie… Does he promise and not fulfill?”
— Numbers 23:19

Every day, students are surrounded by voices telling them who they should be, what they should believe, and where they should find their worth. But God’s Word reminds us of something that never changes:

God always keeps His promises.

People may disappoint us. Circumstances may change. Feelings may come and go.

But God’s character never changes, and His Word never fails.

As families, take a few minutes tonight to ask:

* What’s one promise from God that encourages you right now?
* Why do you think it’s sometimes hard to trust God’s promises?
* How can we remind each other to trust God this week?

Our prayer is that our students would learn to build their lives on the unchanging truth of God’s Word and discover that He is always faithful.

🙌 Every gift matters—even the ones that seem small.
🌱 Faith grows when we faithfully use what God has given us.

🧠 Stinkin' Thinkin' Thursday

Fear has a funny way of sounding reasonable.

It whispers...
"Don't take the risk."
"Stay where it's safe."
"What if everything goes wrong?"

But fear was never meant to be your guide.

God doesn't promise a life without scary moments—He promises His presence in the middle of them. The more we focus on God's greatness instead of our fears, the more courage begins to replace anxiety.

This week, ask yourself:
Am I making decisions based on fear... or based on faith?

📖 2 Timothy 1:7
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."
