Recently I had a conversation with Phil Wade, lead pastor of Northside Church in Rome, GA.
Phil has been the lead pastor of Northside for 11 years, and has been lead pastor of 3 Southern Baptist churches, with a combined total of over 20 years of experience as lead pastor and over 40 years of combined experience in ministry, and has a Masters of Theology from North Carolina College of Theology.

With all of that being said, you’d probably expect the things that he teaches to come from the Bible and to be able to prove those teachings using scripture, but the reality might shock you.
