This project was the addition of a second floor to an existing garage. We created a master suite with a large walk in closet, a bright and comfortable sitting area, custom bathroom, a laundry room with new cabinetry and office space. A useful and serene area for our clients to enjoy for many years to come.

This project brought us back to the coast. It was a ranch style cottage that we added a garage to with a master suite above and completely remodeled the existing building. Two new decks and lots of windows showcase the ocean from almost every space. Couple that with the soaring living room ceiling, fireplace and accent woodwork and you have a space that is beautiful and ready for the owners to enjoy.

This basement remodel created a great new space for the home owners. The light filled family room includes a wet bar for entertaining and custom built cubbies that can double as seating. There is a new 1/2 bath with laundry and an entry space perfect for the beautiful bench the family had. This bright space will get lots of use for years to come!
