Day 21 of . A tradition that started off an office thing among the guys has now become a thing done during . Let’s talk about my day as a diabetic. I wake up to my mostly planned day. I plan when I eat, what I eat and timing between medication and eating. If someone is late for lunch I have to eat with out them since I have to prep 20 minutes before eating.
