At NorCal Cal Ripken Baseball, we’re proud to help shape the next generation through the game we love. Every practice, every game, every handshake, and every act of sportsmanship helps teach the values that make America great: teamwork, respect, perseverance, integrity, and service to others.

As families prepare to celebrate our nation’s birthday, we want to thank our incredible players, coaches, volunteers, umpires, league officials, and supporters for everything you do to make youth baseball thrive throughout Northern California.

What an incredible weekend of baseball! Congratulations to Laguna Purple on being crowned the 2026 Cal Ripken 8U NorCal Champions! 💜🥇

After an exciting championship series, Laguna Purple battled their way to the top, with Elk Grove Blue finishing as the 2026 8U NorCal Runner-Up after an outstanding tournament. 💙🥈

These young athletes played with heart, hustle, and sportsmanship all weekend long. From clutch hits and big defensive plays to cheering on teammates, both teams represented their leagues with pride.

A huge thank you to the coaches, families, volunteers, and fans who made this tournament such a memorable experience. Your support means everything to these players!

One of the best moments of the weekend? Seeing both teams come together after the championship game for a group photo, celebrating not just the competition, but the friendships and memories made along the way. ❤️⚾
