Even little decks need a solid footing! Got these two West metro projects kicked off!

Had your sod laid down but you need deck footings in the same week? Use helical piles and keep your sod looking fresh. Took a little extra time only traversing on the mats, but it's better than fixing ruts.

Rocks. We don't like to find them with helical piles, but when we do, most can be dealt with. If they are shallow enough, we can remove them. Deeper ones can be pushed to the side or steered around. Worst-case, the pile needs to be offset from it's target location.

This is going to be an awesome custom deck built around a sauna and trees. Foundation problems are a common issue in their neighborhood so they decided to use helical piles and never worry about their deck moving.

Lake side deck addition. Going to be a nice spot for morning coffee.

Another DIY deck being built on a lifetime foundation. They were very pleased with the fact that they could start setting posts immediately after the install was completed. I'm sure they had the main deck posts plumb before I got home!

This client is planning ahead by getting the footings in before the paver patio is installed. Now they can hold off on their deck build until next year and have the pavers finished around the desk posts.

This customer is getting a new porch. When adding a roof above a deck, the roof load needs to be transferred to the footings. Helical piles can get within a foot of the foundation and properly transfer the load to the undisturbed soil below the house foundation.

Few projects that we got done the last couple days. For one of the customers, we will come back and install the landing footings once they have their main deck framed and a better reference point for the layout. We enjoy helping DIY builders work at pace they are comfortable with.
