Big, delicious week ahead! Tomorrow we're tapping our newest Ozark Cellar release, UPSIDE DOWNTOWN. An oak-aged Farmhouse style ale, Upside Downtown is a single-barrel golden ale brewed with Pilsner malt, Golden Pils, and both raw & malted wheat. Bittered with a blend of European and Pacific Northwest hops, then fermented in the barrel with Brettanomyces Claussenii, this floral and tart ale is 8.2%.
We're also hosting for a meetup on Tuesday, bringing back our fan-fave-frozen-marg and rocking that Sunday Kölsch service. See you on the patio!
