We want to make our customers aware of an unfortunate situation.

Today, we learned that a DoorDash driver had been removing items from orders after picking them up from Red Barn Donuts. We immediately reported the issue to DoorDash and blocked the driver from picking up future orders from our shop.

Our biggest concern is for the customers who received incomplete orders and may have thought the mistake happened here. Every order leaves our shop complete, and we have a thorough system in place to ensure accuracy before it is handed off for delivery.

Unfortunately, we don’t have access to DoorDash customer information, so we can’t contact affected customers directly. We’d also appreciate you reporting the issue to DoorDash so they’re aware of what happened.
