It's Wednesday! Another day to be PRESENT, to do more listening than talking and to be kind. Sounds easy....but not always! When you're in Healthcare, you have to remember people who are sickness or in pain can't always be cheerful! And for the rest of us dealing with the public, I try to remember that I DON'T KNOW what this person is going through. Are they taking care of an aging parent...a sick child? Have they not slept in 3 nights? So many possibilities. So choose to smile...say something kind. There are enough people out there spreading hate- be the person who spreads love of their fellow man❤️
