Last week, several of Rockwall's primary employers met with Rockwall EDC staff, and representatives from Paris Junior College, Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas, Rockwall ISD, and Royse City ISD to learn more about practical solutions for today's workforce challenges. From apprenticeships and CTE programs to grant funding and subsidized training, the focus was on real, implementable solutions intended to build a strong talent pipeline. Attendees learned that collaboration is key, and it really does take a village!
