**Freeze Warning**
Temperatures will begin to drop below freezing beginning this SUNDAY 1/5/2025.

Leave the heat on, even if you are not home for extended periods of time.

Open cabinet doors under kitchen and bathroom faucets to allow warm air to circulate in the cabinet

Disconnect all hoses.

Cover/protect/insulate all outside hose faucets

Failure to take these precautions will result in costly damages to the property.

These precautions will prevent damage and any damages caused by failure to take these precautions will be considered neglect and the cost to repair the damages will be charged back to the tenant.
