When I purchased Kielbasa Factory in 2022 from its founder, a Polish entrepreneur who built the store around authentic Polish foods and traditions, my goal was to preserve that heritage while bringing my own culinary experience to the business. Having spent more than 25 years as a chef
and executive chef in restaurants and catering, I have always enjoyed discovering exceptional ingredients and food traditions from across Europe.

While Poland remains at the heart of what we do, I also enjoy introducing customers to carefully selected specialties from neighboring countries. From traditional German sausages, mustards, and pantry favorites to Italian pasta and olive oils, French delicacies, Spanish specialties, and products from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and other parts of Eastern Europe, each item is chosen for its quality, authenticity, and flavor.
