Printmaking Legacy Project® is the proud recipient of generous grant awards from The Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County and The Wolpoff Family Foundation, for creation of a documentary about the history of Washington DC Black Printmakers: 1970s to present, featuring interviews with Sam Gilliam, Percy Martin, Michael Platt/Carol Beane, Lou Stovall, and more. Release date Summer 2023.

Print people, I'm sorry to write that Ray Gloeckler, beloved print professor at UW-Madison has passed away. Services will be delayed until early August. Ray was a gentle and supportive soul who taught relief for decades at UW-Madison. We'll miss Ray's subtle humor and laugh, as well.
