Foremost, we're very fortunated to be loved by our Rocklin city and community past 5 years. Especially during the pandemic, we were able to serve you.

Unfortunately with the shortage of staffing and in need of doing re-constructuons internally, we have decided to temporarily close the restaurant. Meantime, you can visit if you miss us! The only 1 koja in Sacramento greater area. Please go support them🙏🏻 We hope to serve you soon.

About us:
We are a Korean/Japanese fusion restaurant (KoJa Kitchen). We are currently looking for part-time and full-time employees for our ROCKLIN location.
Positions Available:
• CREW MEMBER(Full Time/Part Time depending on availability) starting at $13.00 (possibility to be raised after probation)
• SUPERVISOR(Full Time/Part Time depending on availability) starting at $15.00 (possibility to be raised after probation)
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
*Efficient, dependable, responsible, and punctual
*Positive and high energy individual
*Strong work ethics with minimal supervision and ability to work independently
*Incredible organizational skills and high integrity
*Neat, clean, professional and well-spoken
*Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-pace environment
*Flexible schedule
*Be able to lift, lower, and carry 5 - 30lbs weights
*Adhere to all food safety regulations and ensure that appropriate sanitation, maintenance and safety standards are followed
Crew Member Job Description:
Job Title: KoJa Kitchen Crew Member
Job Type: Full Time or Part Time
Hours: ~30-38 Hours a week depending on availability
Compensation: $13.00 (possibility to be raised after probation)
Attire: No uniform required -- Shirts and hat will be provided
Experience: Not required but preferred ( Food Prep Experience is a plus)
References: Not required but preferred
Job Duties:
-Greeting and taking customer orders
-Providing a friendly customer experience to each customer
-Inputting orders into a POS and accurately counting change
-Consolidating and calling out orders
-Maintaining appropriate quality control and consistently monitoring all food levels if handling food
-Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards if handling food
-Operating multiple kitchen equipment (grills, deep fryers, oven, steam tables, rice cookers etc.)
-Cooking meats, rice, fries and various other ingredients
-Reading order tickets and assembling food in a fast and efficient manner
-Following direction and consolidating orders
-Cleaning Restaurant Facilities
Supervisor Job Description:
Job Title: KoJa Kitchen Supervisor
Job Type: Full Time or Part Time
Hours: ~30-38 Hours a week depending on availability
Compensation: $15.00 (possibility to be raised after probation)
Attire: No uniform required -- Shirts and hat will be provided
Experience: minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
References: Not required but preferred
Job Duties:
-Greeting and taking customer orders
-Providing a friendly customer experience to each customer
-Inputting orders into a POS and accurately counting change
-Consolidating and calling out orders
-Maintaining appropriate quality control and consistently monitoring all food levels if handling food
-Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards if handling food
-Operating multiple kitchen equipment (grills, deep fryers, oven, steam tables, rice cookers etc.)
-Cooking meats, rice, fries and various other ingredients
-Reading order tickets and assembling food in a fast and efficient manner

-Create and review staff work schedule fairly
-Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
-Maintain and conduct inventory for the full week
-Lead the team by example and work beyond and above to support the team
-Train new staffs according to job descriptions
-Build the teamwork with a culture of accountability and empowerment
