When Phil Prichard puts his family name on the bottle, he means business! To celebrate this fabulous product, here's a recipe for classic Manhattan with bourbon. The perfect winter cocktail.
Ingredients
2 oz. Prichard's Double Barrel Bourbon
1 oz. sweet vermouth
3 dashes orange bitters
1 Luxardo cherry optional
1 strip orange peel optional
Instructions
Combine the bourbon, vermouth, and bitters in a mixing glass.
Add about 1 cup of ice.
Stir for 30 seconds.
Pour into a chilled coupe glass or over ice in a rocks or old fashioned glass.
Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and a strip of orange zest.

RUM MANHATTAN

INGREDIENTS:
Lots of Ice
2 parts Ron Izalco
1/2 part sweet vermouth
1/2 part dry vermouth
6 to 8 dashes bitters
Orange peel
Maraschino Cherries

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
Place ice in a cocktail shaker.
Add Ron Izalco,
vermouth's,
bitters and shake them, not stirred. Rub the orange peel around the rim of the cocktail glass. Strain the drink into the glass. Add Maraschino Cherries and enjoy!
