Instead of saying “I am anxious”, try saying:
“I am experiencing anxiety”
The shift of narrative is powerful. You are no longer identifying yourself as anxious- rather just labeling a state of being you are experiencing.

Motherhood changes you in ways you can feel and ways you can’t always name - in your heart, your nervous system, your identity - just to name a few.
There is something so beautiful about the way love can reorganize a life. The way one tiny person can soften you, stretch you, challenge you, and bring parts of you forward you didn’t even know existed.
Holding so much space for the people this day feels complicated for - those grieving, longing, missing, healing, or carrying a version of motherhood that has been painful. Beauty and ache can exist in the same room.
