Tuesdays in Rockford is always a fun time. Tonight I'll be Twisting balloons at Corner Bar, Rockford Michigan for Kid's Night. And this is the 2nd week of Blues by the Dam. If it's not raining, I'll be there starting around 7:30 P.M. (As of this minute the weather doesn't look to promising.)
It is also Day Care season. I've been visiting Day Care centers for the last couple of weeks, and I have 3 more this week.
Look for photos, later this week of a big decorating job I'm doing for Graff Jeep. I'll give you a hint. Think USA 250th Birthday.

It's June! The busy season is on.
This weekend is one of my favorite festivals. It's the Rockford Start of Summer Festival. I will be twisting balloons all four days. But Friday I'll be doing a show at 4:00 under the pavilion then twisting balloons following the show. Bring the kids. The show features magic, juggling and of course balloons. There will be fun things for the whole family all weekend long. There will be carnival rides, food, shows, an arts and craft show and lots of fun. It a great way to get the summer started and it all thanks to Rockford Michigan Chamber of Commerce.
Don't forget, I'll be at Corner Bar, Rockford Michigan on Tuesday for Kid's Night.
This week I also have lots of private events, Day Care centers and end of school parties. Like I said, "it the busy season". My elbow is feeling great and I'm ready to go.

OK, here is the Elbow Adventure.
About 3 1/2 weeks ago I fell on some steps and cut my elbow. I did the Neosporin and bandage thing and went on my way. I thought everything was healing fine. (I was wrong.) After my show a couple of Fridays ago I started to get a pain and then some swelling. On that Saturday, I did a show in Stanton, then went to Urgent Care. Then, I had a Birthday Party and my weekly visit to Woodchip Campground. By the end of the day, I had very swollen, red and painful left elbow. And a prescription for an antibiotic. Jumping ahead to the following Tuesday, it wasn't getting better. So, I went to my regular Doctor's office. They sent me to the Emergency Room. At the ER I got X-rays (everything fine) and another prescription for an additional antibiotic. Today I went back and saw my regular Doctor. I glad to say everything is healing well. Through all this I kept my show schedule and didn't miss a single show. (9 in all.)
The Show Must Go On!
Tonight I will be at the Corner Bar, Rockford Michigan for Kid's Night.
Next week is the beginning of June and I get really busy.

Happy Easter!

Tonight is my favorite 2 hours of the week. Its Corner Bar, Rockford Michigan Kid's Night. I'll be twisting balloons from 5:30 - 7:30 P.M. Bring the family for dinner and a balloon animal.
Saturday I will be at the Be Nice Family Fun Festival at the DeVos Convention Center. The event runs from 10:00 A.M to 3:00 P.M. And this year its FREE. There will be lots of family friendly activities and information. It's another chance to get out with the family. Sop, get out and enjoy the warmer weather.
