Congratulations to the project team behind Riverside Unified School District’s transformation of John W. North High School in Riverside, CA, which recently earned Learning By Design Magazine’s Spring 2026 “Outstanding Project” Award in the Unbuilt - Project in Progress category.

Eight outdated portable classrooms were removed to reimagine the campus's two new buildings: a two-story science building and a competition gymnasium, along with enhanced outdoor learning environments, shaded gathering spaces, and refreshed landscaping.

IMEG provided structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology engineering services for this project.
