Balance Bodywork
Many of us learned to override discomfortwithout realizing how much our environments affect us.
But the body notices.
It notices noise.Pressure.Emotional tension. The need to stay alert.
And it also notices:softnessquietcarepredictabilitysupport
Sometimes healing beginswith creating spaces where the body no longer has to brace itself constantly.
🤍

Many of us were taught to wait until things become severe
before responding to ourselves with care.
But the body usually whispers first.
Through fatigue
Through tension
Through withdrawal
Through needing quiet
Responding earlier is not overreacting.
It’s listening.
🤍
Sometimes the body responds
before the mind fully understands what’s happening.
You may notice:
tension
irritability
exhaustion
difficulty concentrating
wanting to withdraw
Not because you’re failing
but because your system is trying to communicate.
Learning to notice earlier
can change the way we care for ourselves.

A lot of us learned that rest comes AFTER.
After the work
After the effort
After we’ve done enough
But bodies—especially ones navigating chronic illness—
don’t always wait for “after”
They ask sooner
quieter at first
then louder if needed
Responding earlier isn’t giving up
It’s listening
🤍
Rest is often treated like something you earn
after you’ve done enough.
After you’ve pushed hard enough
After you’ve proven something
But when you live with chronic illness,
that model doesn’t hold.
Rest becomes something your body asks for
before everything is finished
And learning to respond to that
is not weakness
It’s care
🤍
This space was created for people who need a slower kind of care.
Massage here isn’t about pushing the body harder – it’s about giving your nervous system space to soften, settle, and return to Balance.
Many of my clients are navigating stress, burnout, or chronic illness, where gentleness matters.
You’re welcome here exactly as you are. 💞
In a world that celebrates constant productivity, there’s deep value in the quiet work happening within the body.
Learning to rest.
Listening to your nervous system.
Allowing healing to unfold at its own pace.
The care I offer isn’t about pushing harder – it’s about supporting Balance from the inside out.

The new roller bottles look so pretty!
I’m genuinely happy with all of my new containers. I know I said I didn’t care for the covers on the scrub jars, but I can deal with them. They actually match these bottle quite nicely.
What to do now? 🤔
My plan is to make up a bunch of product and get at some trade shows and vendor events. Maybe see about consigning some in shops. Getting the product out there is KEY.
✨New jars✨
I’m excited to be incorporating the rose gold/ dirty pink color of my branding more!
