I got to help prepare a brand new Soma store to open this week. White House Black Market and Soma are sister companies, so we all work for the same parent co. The new Soma is right across the street from my WHBM store in the Village of Rochester Hills. To see how we transformed the store on Monday when 250 boxes of bras, panties and pajamas arrived, to the gorgeous store that opened to the public yesterday was pretty cool! Local friends stop in and shop at the new Soma! Oh and please admire all of the mannequins....I dressed the majority of them. 😂😘

It is crazy nice weather in Michigan today. How is it in your neck of the woods? Today's look features a lace turtleneck over a black tank, straight leg distressed jeans and combat booties, all from White House Black Market.

Also I am making progress with my curly hair. I finally got a good day 2 after a few frustrating weeks with the curly girl method.

I enjoyed getting fancy last night for a family wedding! I danced for 3 hours💃. Are there any volunteers to come over and give me a foot massage today? 😂

Life is short, it is precious and it is fleeting. I got a big reminder on Saturday when I witnessed the aftermath and victim of a fatal auto accident while driving back from Chicago. It was very tragic, but also reminded me to live life to the fullest! Chase your dreams, follow your heart, take the trip, find your passion, do something you love, wear your fancy clothes, and most of all love people. ❤
