Progress out on the lake. Reframed and installed new exterior door. Waiting on siding, thanks corona for screwing with the ports so i have to wait 2 to 3 weeks, to come in to finish the exterior. Next is raising the rear of the structure and reframing of the rear wall to accept a door and window. Then on to repairing floor joists and laying the subfloor to frame bath and bedroom walls as well as the floor for the sleeping loft. Then...

Started as a full roof replacement turned into wall leveling and reinforcing, concrete floor replacement, as well as fixing the overhang in the front which is still cedar shakes in need of some new shingles and some small repairs for a droopy corner.
