We all are on a journey to improve our life through finding joy, happiness, by feeding our mind and body the best the life has to offer.
I have a love to work with fresh cut flowers and find beauty in the smallest of buds. And know I am learning that a flower can be so much more then something that looks and smells lovely, they can also have the best body healing properties that have been ignored for to long.
I am now on a new journey to healing my mind and my body through finding the nutrients and nutrition that Flowers, Herbs and whole food can provide by gardening and foraging in my own backyard.
