George Eastman Museum

The George Eastman Museum is pleased to announce that it has received grant awards totaling $1,522,000 from the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) and an anonymous private foundation to support upgrades to the museum’s core HVAC infrastructure.

The upgrades will ensure the museum can maintain the continuous, reliable temperature and humidity levels required to preserve its collections. They will also support the health, safety, and comfort of visitors and staff, enhance environmental sustainability, and reduce energy costs.
