Project Spotlight: RIT’s Institute Hall
Ramar Steel is proud to have played a key role in bringing Institute Hall at Rochester Institute of Technology to life.
Our team fabricated and erected 725 tons of structural steel for this 87,000-square-foot facility, including the installation of an 80-foot-high RIT logo atop the galvanized penthouse.
Designed to support cutting-edge programs in chemical and bioengineering, the building also strengthens collaboration with the Rochester Regional Health.
In addition, our Miscellaneous Metals division designed and built the pedestrian bridge connecting Institute Hall to the Bioscience building—enhancing accessibility across campus.
