Managers Day Out was a success! So grateful for this team and the time to relax, recharge, and have some fun together.

We kicked things off with lunch at Olive Garden and then headed to iSmash Rochester (Rochester, NY) for some stress relief! Turns out, nothing brings a team together quite like breadsticks and breaking things! 🔨💥

December's Employee of the Month is Lupercio Torres Jr, Maintenance Technician at Pleasant Meadows! Lupercio has been with Ashley Management since February 2023! Get to know him a little more:

A: I like to sing.
