Yang Goh, a third-year chemistry major from Penang, Malaysia, is developing molecular detectors for peroxide. Her research could lead to ways to find peroxide-based bombs that can't be sniffed out by dogs. It could also detect peroxide in counterfeit malaria drugs. Goh is a College of Science Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow.
