During our Stronger Voices, Stronger Outcomes workshop series, presenter Dr. Kathy Black shared tools to help leaders ensure their voices are heard.

Cohort 12 alumna Clara Washington recently used the “What I See, What I Need, and Why It Matters” framework during her speech at the RCSD Board of Education meeting to advocate around special education supports, staffing shortages, and communication access for nonverbal students.
