Congratulations to the Village Of Endicott, New York, and all the partners who helped bring Strand Commons to life! Our team was proud to celebrate the grand opening of this new public art park—a destination for connection, arts, and culture.
LaBella Associates provided landscape architecture, design, and engineering services to transform a former municipal parking lot into a dynamic, multi-generational space that fosters community connection and supports placemaking.
The park features a performance pavilion, interactive public art, interpretive signage, smart technology, landscaped gathering spaces, and a striking illuminated steel sculpture.
Designed for concerts, community events, and year-round programming, Strand Commons creates a welcoming destination that celebrates Endicott’s history while supporting continued downtown revitalization.
We're grateful to have partnered with the Broome County Department of Planning and Economic Development, the Village of Endicott, and the many organizations that made this exciting vision a reality.
