Connect In and Out

Connect in and out is a charter transportation service geared towards connecting families to their incarcerated loved ones within NYS facilities.

Traveling long distances to see loved ones incarcerated can be a labor of love. Many times these trips can be rife with confusion, anxiety and stress.
Connect in and out takes some of the worry off your shoulders.

What we provide:

Fare includes round trip transportation to select facilities within a specific route. Comfort seating for the ride. Flat screen television and high definition audio system. Charging ports. Visitor information and chaperone guidance from start to finish.

Dress codes vary from one facility to the next. We have facility approved garments for sale right on the bus.

Daily, weekly and monthly routes scheduling. We aim to service as many families as possible, which is why we select specific facility routes based upon demand. Don’t be shy in requesting a route!
