No, I did not plan on tying this into Bad Bunny and his epic Super Bowl performance, but the timing feels universal! So many of his songs are used in Zumba, and I can see why. The joy, the energy, the movement.

That feeling is a big part of why I am starting something new this month. I am working toward my Zumba Instructor Certification, and instead of keeping it behind the scenes, I want to invite you to join me!

I will be hosting live, beginner friendly Zumba classes on Zoom where we can move together in a way that is gentle, supportive, and fun.

Zumba has been part of my life since 2015, bringing me joy, confidence, and connection. I know dance-based fitness can feel intimidating, which is exactly why these classes are designed to be welcoming and approachable.
