IDENTIFICATION OF ESSENTIAL CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE WORKERS DURING COVID-19 RESPONSE.

Guidelines - During this period of essential critical infrastructure, workers such as plumbers, electricians, exterminators, builders, contractors, HVAC Technicians, landscapers, and other service providers who provide services that are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation and essential operation of residences, business and buildings such as hospitals, senior living facilities, any temporary construction to support COVID-19 response.

While Richard & Sons is very interested in responding to requests for both residential and commercial work, and earn your business, we as a general contractor (service provider) is operating under the guidelines shown above established by CISA (the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency of Homeland Security. We can only respond to essential work - emergency work - repairs that are a safety concern.

We cannot speak for other contractors as to how they will respond to requests not categorized as 'essential work' but should you decide to wait until the restrictions are lifted, we would love to hear from you with your contact number, the address of the property and your project needs.
