Congratulations to Matias Vega and Eoin Porrata, City of Rochester Parks & Recreation lifeguards, for receiving the American Red Cross National Lifesaving Award in recognition of their lifesaving actions. The City also recognized Sam Sonnabend for his outstanding commitment to training lifeguards and helping prepare them to respond in emergencies.
