Word & Life Study Group

We are, once again, taking the summer off, but before we do, we shall meet the first three Saturdays in June to study the Book of Revelation together. All are welcome.

Because of construction at Briarwood, we will be meeting in Chestnut Court on these days. Come and join us!
Our regular season will resume the Saturday after Labor Day ... topic will be a Bible Study on Peacemaking next fall.

Six of us were there for today's first discussion. It was SOOO cool. And next week will be even better. The manager of Brueggers was psyched to have us there ... We're off to a great start.

Tomorrow's the Day.
Here's how it's going to work.
Tomorrow we're going to just hang out with different translations of the book (bring your fave if you want but you don't have to). We'll look at what makes them different.
AND bring your questions about what you'd like to learn during November.
I'll share my ideas for December topics (it'll be the Birth Narratives and how they're alike and different).
We'll get to know each other and figure out how we wanta run this thing. Sound like a plan, Stan?
