We are looking for an experienced autobody tech to join our team at Carstar Agor Collision. We are a family owned business started back in 1969. We opened our retail collision shop in the beginning of 2020 and are growing quickly. We are located in Penfield and are the only body shop in our zip code. We just did a major remodel to our front office and made a lot of updates to our shop. We have modern equipment (caroliner frame rack with 3d measuring, prospot welders, etc.) and a motivated owner who appreciates input from our team on our processes and future direction.

The position is full time and pay is based on experience but we are also considering part time. There is opportunity for overtime if desired. We have plenty of work. Duties include teardown, identifying additional damage, body repair, prime, block, and reassemble. We would love to find someone who is comfortable with medium and large repairs to include replacing quarter panels and straightening vehicles on the frame rack.

Job performance will be assessed as needed so we can make sure you have everything you need to be successful with us. We always try to look at our repairs with safety and quality as our priorities.

Body tech is a full time position. Pay is based on experience. Duties include teardown, identifying additional damage in this stage, body repair, prime, block, and reassembly. Jobs assigned will be based on experience (hanging quarters vs bumper repair, etc. we have a variety of big and small jobs) Performance will be assessed as needed in order to ensure you have everything you need to be successful with us. We are looking for someone who wants to fix cars with safety and quality in mind. We put a lifetime warranty on our work and take a lot of pride in the vehicles we repair.

Looking for M-F 40 hours to start off. We have plenty of work so extra is available if you want it!
