Here is something new to try. Do you have an old wash cloth and some WD40? You will need to check your wiper blades for cracks and chips on the edge of the blades. If they look good then clean the window down and then take the WD40 and spray the wash cloth well then wipe the wiper blade two or three times and the wiper blade will be like new. It does work try it!
