Sign up for FREE Adult Contemporary Dance Classes with Ruben Ornelas at Groove Juice Swing! Feb 20-March 29 on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm and Saturdays at 10:30am-11:30am. Classes take place in the beautiful new studio located at 295 Gregory Street, Rochester, NY.

In this class you will play with effort, chape, direction, tempo, and quality of movement. No steps, no counting, just moving and learning by doing. Come move and enjoy being in your body! Suitable for all levels of experience. Please wear comfortable clothes for moving. WE will dance in bare feet; no street shoes. Drop-ins Welcome!
