This. Why even after multiple kids are women and pregnant people not taught this? 💙💗

You don’t expect to walk into the hospital at 38 weeks and leave without your baby. ❤️

In this episode, Lonna shares her journey through PCOS, stillbirth, miscarriage, fostering, and eventually welcoming her rainbow baby after years of heartbreak.

At 38 weeks pregnant with her daughter, Eleanor, she went into the hospital expecting an induction and left facing the unimaginable.

We talk about the shock of losing a baby when everything seemed fine, carrying grief through everyday life, and the fear and hope that can exist side by side after loss.

Were you taught about the importance of movement?

🐇Some may like this post and some may not.
🐇And that’s OK.
🐇The current state of our country that is waging a war on women’s bodies is one of the most terrifying things that we will see in our time. (Other than the current genocide in P@lestine)
🐇The fact that we are in the year 2026 and we have to gather in protest to fight for women to be treated like their fellow male counterparts is sickening.
🐇We are lucky to live in New York State, where there is still full access to reproductive healthcare for women, but I just think about the over 400 women who have been criminalized since Roe v. Wade was overturned and have been punished for making a decision about their own body.
🐇When people are only looking at it from a biblical standpoint and not realizing that every pregnancy does not always go as planned is ignorance.
🐇As somebody who needed an ab@rtion due to my child Darcie dying inside of me, I am grateful for that being available.
🐇I think we have to realize as a society, if this is the track we are on, women will not want to have children at all.
🐇If there is a chance we can be in trouble legally for our bodies failing us or becoming ill because of pregnancy, why do it?
🐇Why put ourselves at risk, again and again and again.
This is not the handmaids tale but damn, it sure feels like it.
