🎶 4 p.m. – "Let Freedom Ring!" with the Rochester Community Band at Cascade Lake Park.

🇺🇸 4th Fest: Rochester Celebrates America at Soldiers Field Memorial Park:
• 5–5:45 p.m. Welcome & Opening Ceremony
• 6:30–7:30 p.m. J-Mo On The Beat & His J-Lighters
• 8–9:45 p.m. Branded Hot Country
• 10 p.m. Fireworks Finale

Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and arrive early to enjoy all the evening's activities and entertainment.
